Please request a closing letter through the “Contact Us” link and address the message to the President. Our committed turnaround time is five (5) Business Days from the time the request is submitted. There are expedited services available for an additional fee. The non-expedited service fees are $100 for a closing letter which includes the total dues and fees owed on the property. Expedited service fees are an additional $50 to have the closing letter information processed within 48 hours.

Also, please ensure your clients know that there is a MANDATORY Association that is Governed by Covenants. You can print copies of the Covenants and Amendments by clicking on the Documents link of the website.

We encourage all potential buyers to review our covenants before they purchase a home in our community to better understand our Covenants and Amendments.
